Disneyland day 4

Our final day at the disneyland resort was spent at california adventure.

Unfortunately, the day didn’t start off as planned as Mel woke up with a severe migraine and had to stay behind. While the girls had breakfast with the princesses, the lads had a few beers and shopped. Afterwards, we headed next door to Disney's California Adventure. Where Disneyland relied on Nostalgia, this place went for a more modern approach featuring tie-ins with Pixar and Marvel. The girls loved meeting Woody and Jessie and exploring Radiator Springs. After some lunch, we buckled up for an exhilarating ride around Pixar Pier on the Incredicoaster.

As we were leaving, we decided to cool ourselves down by taking the Grizzly Peak river ride. We strapped ourselves in and got absolutely soaked as we plummeted down the rapids. The girls enjoyed it so much that they went on the ride twice. As we left we all got matching t-shirts for the obligatory group photo to celebrate our time in Disneyland.
